Forest Bathing with Friends of Washington Grove

November 21, 9-11am @ Washington Grove (End of Nunda Boulevard, Rochester 14610)

Come together in nature and community during this season of gratitude and reciprocity, and join us for a forest bathing walk in this beautiful old growth forest. Participation is free, but registration is required.

Forest bathing is not your typical nature walk, and no actual "bathing" is involved! This practice includes a series of simple invitations to engage with the natural world through your senses. We will move at a slow, relaxed pace, and cover less than one mile. All invitations are adaptable, and we encourage participants to honor their own needs. We are currently offering this service to adults (babies in arms welcome too).

To register for this free walk, please fill in this form. You’ll hear from us about a week before the walk with details about where to meet, parking, etc.

Rain date: November 22, 9-11am
