Forest Bathing
Slow down, de-stress, and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, and with others. Forest bathing is a gentle, sensory-based experience designed to support presence, restoration, and meaningful connection.
Each walk includes a series of simple invitations to engage with the natural world through your senses. We move at a slow, relaxed pace and usually cover less than one mile.
Whether you're celebrating a family reunion, bridal shower, or graduation—or seeking space to honor a loss, mark a life transition, or take a solo journey—we're here to support your unique path into nature.
Inclusion
All invitations are adaptable, and participants are encouraged to honor their own needs. These walks are currently designed for adults (babies in arms are welcome). If you have questions about accessibility or accommodations, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Pricing
$300 for groups of 1–10 participants
+$20 for each additional person over 10

We’ll choose a location based on your group’s needs. All walks take place within a 15-minute drive of Rochester, NY.
